Fuera de Mapa is a hands-on creative workshop, not the usual London team day: a glass to begin, real conversation, and something you make with your own hands. Three hours where everyone gets heard, and the team leaves with something to act on.

No. Everyone chooses what they share, leaders included. There are no wrong answers and nobody is put on the spot.

No. There's no art skill involved and no right answer. People pick materials on instinct, and every canvas looks different.
WhereCan we do it at our office?
Yes. Any room in London with a big table works. We bring everything, set it up and clear it away. If you'd rather get out of the office, we find a creative venue and do the same there.
